Bids invited for the Tilaiya-Koderma BG line

In connection with the new BG Line between Tilaiya and Koderma in Jharkhand, East Central Railway has issued an invitation for bids for the construction of significant bridges in the Jharahi-Kheraund segment.

The construction includes activities including earthwork, exploratory drilling of bore holes, the supply of reinforced steel, the construction of gang paths, and the shuttering and welding of major bridges 108, 111, 112, and 114 as well as other related works in the Jharahi-Kheraund section.

The deal has a price tag of $1284.7 million and a nine-month completion window.

The deadline for submission of bids is May 15, 2023.

Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on 11 September 2025 to acquire a 100 per cent stake in D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited (DPJTOT).
