Monarch Surveyors Wins Rs 21.17 mn Rail Measurement Contract

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited (the company) has received a letter of acceptance (LOA) for a rail measurement contract worth Rs 21.17 mn, the firm announced on 29 July 2026. The order covers measurement of all yards using an advanced trolley under the jurisdiction of the Senior Divisional Engineer Co-ordination, BSPs office, South East Central Railway. The company said the work will be executed under domestic tendering and will be undertaken on a cash consideration basis, with work scope and technical specifications defined in the LOA.

The contract amount in rupees corresponds to Rs 2,11,69,023.40 as stated in the acceptance document and the conversion to million has been presented for clarity. The company indicated that the assignment is not a related party transaction and that the promoter group holds no interest in the work contract. It added that the execution of the project will be subject to necessary governmental approvals and regulatory clearances required for such infrastructure assignments. The company said it will maintain records for audit and investor communication during project execution activities.

The notice filed under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India listing obligations and disclosure requirements is intended to ensure compliance with listing norms and market disclosure standards. The company indicated that work is expected to commence immediately and that timelines for completion will follow contract terms. The matter has been recorded with BSE where the scrip code is 544453 and ISIN is INE0V0L01028.

Management affirmed that the contract does not involve acquisition of shareholding or control and that no shares are being acquired. The disclosure will be uploaded to the company website for investor reference and the managing director, Dattatraya Mohaniraj Karpe, authorised the filing. The company operates from multiple locations including Mumbai, New Delhi and Pune and will mobilise resources accordingly.
