South Central Railway Runs Special Trains From Kacheguda To Tiruchanur

South Central Railway will operate special trains between Kacheguda and Tiruchanur on 23 July and 24 July to clear the passenger rush. The zonal railway has scheduled the services specifically to manage the rise in demand on the corridor during the two days. The operation forms part of routine capacity augmentation measures used by the railways to supplement regular services when patronage increases.

Train number 07787 will run from Kacheguda to Tiruchanur on 23 July and train number 07788 will operate from Tiruchanur to Kacheguda on 24 July. The special services will call at Malkajgiri, Charlapalli, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore and Renigunta in both directions. The stopping pattern mirrors that of long distance services on the route and provides connectivity to intermediate towns.

The composition of the special trains will include AC II Tier, AC III Tier, sleeper class and general second class coaches to accommodate different passenger preferences. The mix of reserved and unreserved accommodation reflects standard rake formation practices for supplementary trains on busy sections. Catering and basic onboard facilities will be consistent with those available on comparable express services operated by the zone.

The special services will halt at the listed stations in both directions and are intended to ease pressure on scheduled services while meeting short term travel needs. The deployment of these trains underscores the zone's operational planning to respond to temporary surges in demand and to maintain network fluidity. Travellers using the corridor over the two days can expect additional seating options provided through these supplementary runs.

This supplementary service will assist travellers heading to Tiruchanur and nearby destinations by offering a range of accommodation classes to suit varied budgets. Such measures form part of the zone's standard operational response to episodic demand on busy corridors and help maintain punctuality across the network.
