Texmaco Rail Wins Rs 707.2 Million Order From Central Warehousing

Texmaco Rail & Engineering informed exchanges that Central Warehousing Corporation issued a Letter of Award for the manufacture and supply of BLSS rakes along with a Brake Van. The contract was awarded domestically and was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements). The order value was stated as Rs 707.2 million (mn) including taxes and the company reported that execution is to be completed within 180 days from the date of the Letter of Award. The filing was signed by the company secretary and compliance officer for record and disclosure purposes.

Filing provides particulars in line with the SEBI circular dated 30 January 2026 and records the award date as seventh July 2026. It confirmed the nature of works as manufacture and supply of BLSS rakes with Brake Van and identified the procuring entity as Central Warehousing Corporation. The company stated that promoters and group entities have no interest in the awarding entity and that the contract does not constitute a related party transaction. The disclosure was submitted to the National Stock Exchange and BSE under the listing obligations to inform stakeholders.

The contract value and the brief execution timeline suggest a concentrated delivery schedule that will involve manufacturing, assembly and logistics planning by the company. The company will be required to mobilise resources promptly to meet the stipulated period of within 180 days from the date of issue of the Letter of Award. No further financial details or payment milestones were provided in the notice and the filing did not state any change to existing business arrangements. Stakeholders are likely to monitor subsequent regulatory filings for progress updates or material developments.

The disclosure reflects a secured order from a government warehousing entity and is presented as part of routine compliance with listing regulations. The firm will report any material developments as required under SEBI norms. The filing is intended to inform investors and other stakeholders of the award and the planned delivery schedule.
