Despite inclement weather Srinagar Smart City project is in full swing

In the Kashmir valley, the Srinagar Smart City project is currently in full swing despite the harsh winter with temperatures below zero. Despite the severe weather, project work continues in Polo View, MA Road, and Residency Road. It is being carried out in conjunction with a number of departments by Srinagar Smart City Limited and the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC). The construction of drains, pipelines, parallel concreting, the installation of electric poles and street lights, and the installation of highlights and warning sign boards on Chinar trees are all parts of this much-anticipated project.

Special raw materials and cutting-edge machinery are utilised by the department. Since no work can be done in temperatures below zero, the development work that is taking place in Srinagar during the winter was seen by a lot of people. Because it has the potential to boost Kashmir's tourism industry and economy, this is an important project for Srinagar. Additionally, it will assist in the recruitment of numerous youth for employment in various fields.
