BNCMC releases tender for sanitary works in Bhiwandi

Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation, PWD Department has published a tender for the The Work of Scientific Dumpsite Land Reclamation through Biomining, Resource Recovery and Scientific Rejects Disposal At Chavidra Ramnagar Dumping Ground under Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal corporation, Dist-Thane. 

The “Swachh Bharat Mission Urban” is a major initiative of Government of India with a vision of a “clean India.” To achieve the objectives of the mission, Government of Maharashtra has launched “Swachh Maharashtra mission” at the state level. To fulfil the objectives of the  Swachh Maharashtra mission, the Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal corporation, through this proposed project aims at reclamation of land from the existing dumpsite, Chavidra Ramnagar Dumping Ground under Bhiwandi Nizampur through the process of Bioremediation and Bio-mining. 

The tender seeks sanitary work worth Rs 20,65,93,628 to be completed in 540 days or nearly 18 months. As per the tender, the bid validity will be 15 days, and it will be an open bidding process. The bid submission period began on April 24, 2023 and will end on May 8, 2023.

The tender forms will be available online and the pre-bid meeting will be held on 2/05/2023 in the conference hall of the commissioner, Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation, Bhiwandi.
