KEC International wins orders worth Rs 1,213 cr

According to a statement, the company has orders for transmission and distribution (T&D) projects in India, SAARC, the Middle East, East Asia Pacific, and the Americas. In terms of civil business, it has obtained a contract in India's urban infra segment, and the company has obtained contracts for a variety of cables both domestically and internationally.

Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, KEC International, commented on the win and that they are delighted with the traction of order inflows throughout the year. With these orders, the company’s total order inflow for FY23 stands at an all-time high of Rs 22,378 crore, substantial growth of 30 per cent vis-a-vis last year.

Their T and D order book has greatly increased due to the orders, notably in the overseas market. By receiving a contract in the urban infrastructure sector, our civil firm has furthered established its position. These purchases, together with others that were announced earlier this year, strengthen our faith that we will eventually achieve the desired development, added Kejriwal.

Power transmission and distribution, railways, civil, and urban infrastructure, solar, smart infrastructure, oil and gas pipelines, and cables are all areas where KEC has a presence. The company has a presence in more than 110 countries and is actively working on infrastructure projects in over 30 of them, according to the statement. These projects involve the supply of towers and cables as well as EPC. It is the RPG Group's primary business.

RPG Enterprises, which has a $4 billion annual revenue, is one of India's fastest-growing company groups, claims the statement.
