Repos Energy Signs MoU with DPIIT

Repos Energy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) to strengthen India’s fuel-tech and startup ecosystem.

The non-binding, non-commercial agreement aims to promote innovation, support product startups, and foster a technology-driven ecosystem aligned with national infrastructure priorities. The MoU was formalised in the presence of senior DPIIT officials.

The collaboration comes amid rising global focus on fuel security and supply chain resilience, driven by geopolitical disruptions impacting traditional energy logistics. It highlights the need for efficient, technology-enabled last-mile fuel distribution systems.

Repos Energy will work closely with the Government of India to enable innovation-led growth, particularly in sectors critical to infrastructure and energy resilience. Its platform focuses on building a digital infrastructure layer for fuel logistics, improving efficiency, transparency, and reliability in last-mile delivery.

Aditi Bhosale Walunj, Founder, Repos Energy, said, “Repos is a deep fuel-tech platform redefining how current and future fuels are accessed and managed… this MoU with DPIIT is an important step for us… we’re excited to use this platform to support other startups building real solutions for India.”

The partnership also aims to facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the startup ecosystem, positioning Repos Energy as a contributor to India’s evolving technology landscape and energy resilience framework.
