CIDCO places 203 residential, commercial plots for sale in Navi Mumbai

As many as 203 residential cum commercial plots in several nodes of Kalamboli, Airoli, Koparkhairane, Kharghar, New Panvel, Ghansoli and Nerul have been put up for sale by CIDCO under various schemes comprising large, medium and small plots.

CIDCO sources told the media that the offer of leasing out 203 plots would not only stimulate the real estate sector but also boost the economy of the city amidst a pandemic.

A CIDCO official told the media that CIDCO provided a golden opportunity for developers and residents by offering 203 plots. Out of those, 12 residential cum commercial plots are made available in Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel under scheme-I, 182 residential plots are on offer in Airoli, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli and Panvel under scheme-II and nine residential and residential cum commercial plots in Koparkhairane and Nerul under scheme-III.

CIDCO sources said that all the 203 plots have clear titles and are offered at affordable rates. The schemes will be conducted through e-tendering and e-auction processes.

As a part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), CIDCO is currently developing around one lakh houses in Navi Mumbai. The department also handed over houses to 2018-19 homebuyers earlier this month, in a function held in Kalamboli.
