Global Health &DLF partner to open multi-speciality hospital

Global Health Limited, a prominent private multi-speciality tertiary care provider, and DLF Group, a major player in real estate, have joined forces to establish a new entity aimed at launching a 400-bed multi-super speciality hospital in the heart of Delhi. The envisioned hospital, a collaborative effort between Medanta and DLF, will prioritize exceptional healthcare delivery.

Both Medanta and DLF will share an equal 50-50 equity partnership in the new venture. While DLF assumes the role of a strategic investor, Medanta will oversee hospital operations and management, retaining operational control.

The forthcoming super-speciality hospital is set to offer advanced medical and surgical solutions across more than 20 specialised fields, including cardiac sciences, neurosciences, orthopaedics, organ transplants (kidney, liver, lung, heart), gastroenterology, and chest surgery.
