Ralith Realty launches first built-up villa in Panipat

Ralith Realty has launched its first built-up villa at Ralith Retreat, its 53.36-acre plotted township in Panipat. Located at the entrance of the township on Plot A-01, the G+2 villa has a plot area of 525.85 sq yd and approximately 8,700 sq ft of built-up area.

Designed in a neo-classical style, the villa includes a double-height entrance foyer and separate formal, family and recreational spaces. It has five bedrooms, each with an attached balcony, bathroom and dresser area, along with a separate drawing room, lounge and Vastu-compliant puja room.

The residence includes a landscaped front lawn, private kitchen garden and plunge pool. Its wellness and entertainment facilities comprise a gym, steam and sauna, jacuzzi and private bar and lounge with an attached terrace.

Other facilities include a private elevator connecting all floors, a large modular kitchen with a separate wet kitchen and store, and a dedicated three-car parking area.

Rakesh Kaul, CEO & Managing Director, Ralith Realty, said the villa was designed to combine the scale of an independent home with the planning associated with premium residential living. He added that its location at the entrance of Ralith Retreat, along with its private greens, wellness spaces and entertainment areas, was intended to create a distinct residential offering within the township.

The launch comes as Panipat sees increasing interest in organised residential developments and plotted communities, supported by improving connectivity and its position within the National Capital Region’s extended residential catchment.

Ralith Realty had earlier said that 60 per cent of the inventory at Ralith Retreat had been sold. The company plans to launch additional built-up residences across different plot sizes and price segments within the township.
