White Flower Developers partners to launch customised lifts

White Flower Developers has partnered with Hybon Elevators and Qube Design to introduce design-led customised lift systems in luxury residential projects in New Delhi.
The collaboration aims to reposition lifts from functional infrastructure to integrated design elements within residential architecture. The customised systems will align with overall interior and architectural themes, enabling homeowners to extend design continuity across all aspects of living spaces.
Traditionally treated as standard utility components, lift systems will now be developed as bespoke features reflecting individual preferences, materials, finishes, and spatial aesthetics. The approach responds to evolving buyer expectations, where every element—from flooring to lighting—is curated as part of a cohesive design narrative.
Pranndeep Singh, Managing Director and Founder, White Flower Developers, said, “We aim to be a defining force of innovation in the real estate industry, setting new benchmarks for how thoughtfully every element of a home can be imagined.”
The partnership combines expertise across real estate development, vertical transportation engineering, and design to deliver a new category of design-integrated mobility solutions.
This initiative reflects a broader shift in premium housing towards design-led differentiation, where technology and functionality are increasingly embedded within the overall architectural experience.
