CASE India Wins CSR Excellence Award for Youth-Focused Project LEAD

CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has received the Best CSR Project by a Brand Award at the twelfth edition of the World Marketing Conclave & Awards for its flagship community development initiative, Project LEAD. The recognition underscores the company’s continued focus on driving real, measurable social impact through capability-building programmes for underserved youth.

Project LEAD is designed to equip rural and disadvantaged young people with employable skills connected to the construction equipment sector. Through structured training, exposure to industry practices and targeted entrepreneurship support, the initiative helps participants secure livelihood opportunities and build long-term self-reliance. With the rollout of LEAD 2.0, the programme is expanding its reach with strengthened training modules and wider geographic coverage to increase community-level impact.

“Through Project LEAD, CASE Construction is transforming ambition into action, enabling youth to gain industry insights and understand opportunities to shape their own future through the spirit of entrepreneurship. We are honoured that this initiative has been recognised, which encourages us to continue creating meaningful impact in the communities we serve,” said Puneet Vidyarthi, Head of Brand Marketing, CASE Construction Equipment – APAC & India.

The award acknowledges the brand’s sustained efforts in purpose-led CSR initiatives and its commitment to bridging the gap between vocational training and industry-ready skills. By strengthening local employability and supporting grassroots entrepreneurship, Project LEAD advances inclusive development while aligning with the company’s broader community transformation goals.

The Global Marketing Excellence Awards by the World Marketing Congress honour brands that demonstrate innovative execution, purposeful engagement and strategic planning in marketing and CSR. CASE’s recognition reflects the growing impact of initiatives that deliver tangible societal benefits and have the potential to scale.

CASE India continues to supply a wide portfolio of construction equipment from its Pithampur facility, which manufactures Made-in-India machines for both domestic markets and exports to over 100 countries.
