BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited has announced that it has signed an agreement for the execution of a 25 KV Overhead Electrification (OHE) modification project between Gurmura, Mahadia, and Shakti Nagar in the Dhanbad Division of the East Coast Railway under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).

The contract covers the design, supply (excluding galvanised steel structures and conductors), erection, testing, and commissioning of a 2x25 KV feeder line along the track, alongside OHE modification works to meet the 3,000 MT loading target for both the up and down lines.

With ongoing projects in EPC, modification, and new line expansion—including third and fourth line additions and speed upgrades—we are confident of continued growth and consistent work flow across India.”

The project reinforces BCPL’s ongoing commitment to supporting India’s expanding railway electrification and modernisation efforts.
