Concord Subsidiary Wins Rs 191.7 Million Rail Control Order

Concord Control Systems rose 2.62 per cent to Rs 2,173 after its wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls, secured an order worth Rs 191.7 million from Indian Railways for the supply, installation and commissioning of a locomotive wireless control system.

The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, is scheduled for completion within seven months. The company said neither its promoters nor promoter group have any interest in the awarding authority, and the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
