Concord Wins Railway Technology Award

Concord Control Systems has been honoured with the Excellence in Railway Technology Award at the ET Now Business Conclave & Awards 2026 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The award was presented by Shri Rushikesh Ganeshbhai Patel, Minister of Energy and Petrochemicals, Panchayat and Rural Housing, and Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs. It was received by Mr Nitin Jain, Joint Managing Director, Concord Control Systems, on behalf of the company.

The recognition highlights Concord’s contribution to developing technology-driven solutions that improve the safety, reliability and operational efficiency of railway systems.

As Indian Railways continues to modernise into a more connected, efficient and future-ready network, technology has become a key enabler of this transition. Concord has supported this shift through indigenous innovation, advanced engineering and mission-critical railway solutions designed for modern railway operations.

Railways To Operate Over 300 Special Trains For Rath Yatra

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced that Indian Railways (IR) will operate more than 300 special trains for the annual Jagannath Rath Yatra in Odisha and over 100 special trains during the Onam festival in Keralam.
