Logitech Leases Office Space At BKC Trade Centre

Logitech Electronics India has signed a commercial lease valued at around Rs 40 million for office space at Trade Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), marking its entry into one of Mumbai’s most prestigious commercial districts.

The lease includes Unit No. 407 on the fourth floor, with a carpet area of approximately 2,010 square feet. The agreement features a five-year lock-in period, an annual rent escalation of 5 per cent and a monthly rental of about Rs 0.603 million, supported by a security deposit of roughly Rs 8.1 million.

The transaction was facilitated by Narains Corporate in partnership with Volney, a real estate advisory and investor network founded by Rohan Sheth. Volney has previously advised on several high-profile commercial real estate transactions, including office leasing and acquisitions by prominent corporate and celebrity clients in Mumbai.

Trade Centre at BKC, developed by Wadhwa Developers, is recognised for its glass façade, double-level basement parking and premium amenities. The location offers strong connectivity to major road networks, railway lines and both domestic and international airports. The building hosts a diverse mix of prominent tenants across financial services, advisory and technology sectors.

Commenting on the development, Rohan Sheth said Bandra Kurla Complex continues to set the benchmark as Mumbai’s leading commercial destination, attracting global and domestic brands due to its accessibility and dynamic business ecosystem.

The transaction reflects sustained momentum in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market, with continued interest from multinational companies and high-profile investors reinforcing confidence in the city’s role as India’s financial and corporate capital.
