Reliance's Butibori power plant lights up second unit

Reliance Power recently achieved the boiler light up of its second 300 MW unit of over Rs 3,600 crore Butibori Thermal Power Plant near Nagpur. The unit is expected to be commissioned by  year-end, after which the plant will attain its full capacity of 600 MW. The power generated from this compact thermal power plant would help meet the needs of Maharashtra.
