Google has signed a major office lease agreement for 617,000 sq ft at Atrium Place in Gurugram, marking one of the largest office space deals in 2025. This deal, developed by DLF and Hines, is part of Google’s ongoing expansion in India’s corporate real estate market.

Although the lease terms and financial details remain undisclosed, this move underscores Google’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR).
