Tallest residential project in India is set to open in South Mumbai

Minerva, the most opulent and tallest skyscraper in India, is about to open in Mumbai with the help of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE).

The houses in the "Vantage Series" have a saleable area of 11.6 lakh square feet and a potential revenue of more than Rs 15 billion.

SPRE has been hired by Lokhandwala Kataria Construction as a project marketing consultant. India Bulls Housing Finance and PAG are responsible for funding the project.

The Vantage series includes a 91-story high-rise that overlooks the beautiful Mahalakshmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea, as well as spacious living rooms, expansive bedrooms, and private sundecks—taking luxury to the next level.

Hafeez Contractor, a well-known architect, designed the project, which will include 372 apartments. The project will also address the owners' well-being and business needs.

There will be more than 200 home buyers when the project's rehabilitation component is completed.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate CEO Venkatesh Gopalkrishnan stated that SPRE is proud to be associated with India's tallest tower, Minerva. This enables us to better align our strategy in the ultra-luxury market.

Rajiv Gandhi, Head Commercial Credit at Indiabulls Housing Finance, stated that the collaboration with Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate exemplifies trust, competence, and execution excellence in the creation of this ultra-luxurious project, Minerva.

Kanak Kapur, Partner and Managing Director at PAG, added that it is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets and that PAG is pleased to be a financing partner with SPRE.

According to Ali Lokhandwala, MD of Lokhandwala Kataria Construction, Minerva is India's tallest tower and will represent the country as a national landmark on the list of Skyscrapers worldwide.
