The Phoenix Mills Rebrands Pune Mall as Phoenix Avenue of Stars

The Phoenix Mills (PML) has rebranded Phoenix MarketCity Pune as Phoenix Avenue of Stars, marking a new phase in the evolution of one of Pune’s leading retail and lifestyle destinations.

The transformation reflects PML’s strategy of upgrading and premiumising its assets in response to changing consumer preferences and evolving urban consumption trends.

Over the years, the destination has emerged as a major retail and leisure hub in Pune. The new identity introduces enhanced architecture, upgraded customer touchpoints and a stronger premium retail positioning aligned with the scale and stature of the asset.

As part of the revamp, the property has undergone façade enhancement, design-led interventions and the creation of a grand arrival experience to strengthen its visual and spatial character.

Phoenix Avenue of Stars houses an extensive portfolio of international and premium brands including UNIQLO, Michael Kors, Victoria’s Secret, Shantanu & Nikhil, Paul’s Cafe and Armani Exchange. The destination recently welcomed Pune’s first IKEA store and is set to introduce brands such as Coach, Hugo, Swatch and Lego.

Commenting on the transformation, Rashmi Sen, Whole-Time Director and CEO – Malls, The Phoenix Mills Limited, said, “Phoenix MarketCity Pune has evolved significantly alongside the city’s growth over the years. The transformation into Phoenix Avenue of Stars reflects our continued commitment towards enhancing and premiumising our retail destinations in line with changing consumer aspirations and global benchmarks.”

The destination will continue to focus on retail, dining, entertainment and experiential engagement under its new identity.
