Haryana CM Faridabad urban development master plan

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has revealed an extensive master plan for the comprehensive development of Faridabad's urban area. This collaborative initiative with IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee is designed to systematically enhance infrastructure and public services within the jurisdiction of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority.

During a district public relations and grievance redressal committee meeting in Sector 12's HSVP convention hall, Khattar directed officials to conduct a survey in collaboration with IIT Delhi and IIT Roorkee. The goal is to meticulously assess the current urban landscape, identify areas in need of improvement, and redesign them in alignment with development schemes.

"With the assistance of the IIT team, we will examine the structure and levelling in the municipal corporation area and make improvements and redesigns where necessary under the development schemes," Khattar stated.

During the meeting, 14 complaints were presented to the Chief Minister, and 12 of them were resolved on the spot. In response to various complaints concerning the municipal corporation, Khattar issued a stern warning to corporation officers and employees against any misconduct. He stressed the government's commitment to being free of corruption and directed officials to take swift action against illegal construction and encroachments.

Khattar also highlighted the importance of water conservation and encouraged public participation in this crucial endeavour. He commended the successful launch of India's solar mission Aditya-L1, expressing optimism about its success and underscoring India's impressive achievements in space exploration under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.

On Saturday, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched India's ambitious solar mission Aditya-L1 from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh.
