Indobell Secures Export Order From GE Vernova

On 31 March 2026 Indobell Insulations Limited (Indobell) notified BSE that it had secured an export order from GE Vernova Parts & Products GmbH of Baden, Switzerland for ST Blanket Thermal Insulation valued at USD 73,500. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 and referenced the regulatory circular dated 13 July 2023. The filing identified the scrip symbol INDOBELL and scrip code 544334 used by the company on the exchange.

The order specifies payment terms payable within 150 days from net invoice date and the Incoterm FCA Supplier Factory. The contract currency is US Dollars and the scheduled execution date is February 2027. Indobell indicated that the order relates to an export contract rather than a domestic supply arrangement.

The filing identified the counterparty as an international entity and confirmed that there is no interest of the promoter or promoter group in the entity that awarded the order. The company further stated that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and is not subject to arm's length qualifications.

The shipment product is described as ST Blanket Thermal Insulation and the order value has been specified in the filing in precise terms. Indobell lodged the disclosure with the stock exchange and enclosed annexure details as required by the SEBI circular, seeking the exchange to take the information on record.

The contract is modest in value relative to typical large scale exports but forms part of Indobell's continuing international business activity and will be executed within the stated timeframe. The company secretary and compliance officer signed the submission and the company will update the market as required under applicable disclosure norms. Indobell will monitor contractual performance and regulatory compliance until completion.

The Walled Garden

I am not suggesting Indian architects are inadequate. The profession has produced extraordinary work – from Charles Correa's quiet humanism to Balkrishna Doshi's Nobel-recognised genius. However, the regulatory barriers meant to protect the profession are holding it back. It is time for an honest conversation about this. The Architects Act of 1972 established the Council of Architecture (COA) as the statutory body regulating architecture practice in India. Its founding logic was sound: to ensure those calling themselves architects meet a minimum standard of competence and to protect the publi..
