Manipur government plans key initiatives in the state

The Manipur administration intends to complete several projects and give them over to the people by next year, according to Chief Minister N Biren Singh.

Biren examined the catchment areas of Singda Dam, the ropeway site at Marjing Hill, and the Thenguchingiin Water and Amusement Park. According to the chief minister, the government was able to finish projects such as Kangla Nongpok Thong, the Polo Statue at Marjing, and the Olympian Park, among others.

According to N.Biren Singh, the administration is concerned about water scarcity. The Singda Dam has dried up, causing water scarcity, particularly in Imphal. He stated that the administration is attempting to shift water from the Thoubal project and is hoping for rain to alleviate the water situation.
