Texmaco Launches Invariz GCC Network Powered By ServiceNow

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has launched a network of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) under the brand Invariz powered by ServiceNow, marking its entry into AI-led global services and digital solutions. The company announced the rollout across India and said the GCCs will provide AI-driven platforms for enterprise automation and digital transformation. The initiative is presented as a strategic diversification alongside its freight cars and rail infrastructure operations.

Texmaco said it had soft launched the first centre in Faridabad at the end of last year and plans to scale operations to multiple cities. The GCC rollout is expected to generate 1200+ direct jobs and contribute over 100 million in incremental revenue by 2030, creating a new growth engine alongside core railway and infrastructure businesses. The company described the centres as designed to serve both domestic and international clients across sectors.

The GCCs will leverage ServiceNow's AI-powered workflow platform to deliver automation-led enterprise solutions and to unify legacy systems, departmental tools and cloud applications. The platform was described as capable of orchestrating workflows at scale, with more than 75 billion workflows running on the ServiceNow system each year. Texmaco said the network will act as a hub for innovation, digital talent development and AI-led transformation.

Senior management indicated the initiative has potential to unlock new revenue streams, improve efficiencies and strengthen the company's global positioning while acting as a digital front end for rail solutions. The group chief digital officer leading Invariz set out a focus on building a scalable, innovation-led GCC ecosystem combining AI capabilities with global best practices. The company said this approach will aim to deliver agile, high-impact solutions and to create a strong digital talent base.

Texmaco expects the GCC initiative to contribute 10 per cent to 15 per cent to its overall growth strategy over the medium term and to support both group companies and external clients. The move was characterised as positioning Texmaco among early Indian engineering firms to scale AI-enabled global services in line with evolving enterprise services trends.
