G R Infraprojects Subsidiary Bags Rs 14.5357 bn NHAI Highway Contract

G R Infraprojects Limited has said that its wholly owned subsidiary Nasarpore Malotha Highway Private Limited has executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a highway development project in Gujarat. The company disclosed the transaction in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges and stated the agreement was signed on 18 May 2026 under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The filing recorded the contract as a HAM concession covering construction and maintenance obligations.

The project calls for upgrading an existing two lane carriageway into a four lane divided carriageway on a section of NH-56, stretching from Nasarpore Village in Umarpada Taluka to Malotha Village in Vyara Taluka. The total project length is 60.21 kilometres and the development will proceed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode that combines government support with private sector participation. The company indicated that the scope includes widening and capacity enhancement works along the corridor.

G R Infraprojects reported the estimated project cost at Rs 14.5357 bn, excluding GST, and specified a completion period of 910 days from the appointed date. The filing did not set out an operational timetable beyond the construction period and offered no further financial detail in the public submission. The company noted that the project is expected to strengthen road connectivity and improve transportation infrastructure in the region.

The award adds to the group's order book in the road infrastructure segment and aligns with its focus on highway widening and capacity expansion projects. The company requested exchanges to take the information on record and the regulatory filing was signed by Sudhir Mutha, company secretary of G R Infraprojects Limited. The report is based solely on the filing submitted by the company to the stock exchanges.
