South Coast Railway Zone headquarters to be in Mudasarlova

The South Coast Railway (SCoR) Zone headquarters will be built in Visakhapatnam's scenic Mudasarlova area. The Detailed Project Report (DPR) proposed two options for the construction of the zonal office building: land allotted to railways by the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) near Mudasarlova or railway land in Wireless Colony.

Though officials preferred the first location due to the wide approach roads and sylvan surroundings, the legal tangles involved forced them to choose the second. Rail activists in the region and officials agree that a larger site in a scenic location like Mudasarlova is preferable to cramming it into a small site in the railway colony.

Creativity is for Humans, Productivity is for Robots!

It is turning blueprints into living simulations, managing fleets of machines, and helping engineers make decisions before a single brick is laid. This is not the construction of tomorrow; it is the architecture of today – built on ..
