The recently announced Ease of Living Index 2020 ranks municipalities to indicate the most “livable” among others, this year, Indore, Surat and Bhopal topped the charts. While New Delhi, Tirupati and Gandhinagar topped the charts among the smaller municipalities of cities. A total of 111 cities participated in the exercise when the assessment was conducted last year by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
