India Warehousing Show 2025 Opens with E-Handbook Launch at Yashobhoomi

The 14th edition of the India Warehousing Show (IWS) commenced at Yashobhoomi (IICC), New Delhi, bringing together over 300 exhibitors and reaffirming its position as a leading platform for warehousing, logistics, and supply chain innovation. 

Shri Pankaj Kumar, Joint Secretary – Logistics, DPIIT, inaugurated the event, highlighting warehousing's pivotal role in national initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy. The opening day also saw the soft launch of the E-Handbook on Warehousing Standards, a joint effort by the Warehousing Association of India and DPIIT aimed at streamlining sector practices. 

Key product unveilings included Toyota Material Handling’s new Discel Forklift CEV 5 trucks and delivery robotics by Treewalker Automation. Day 1 also featured panel discussions on India’s supply chain readiness, compliance, and quick commerce, with speakers from Mankind Pharma, NAFED, Zomato, JK Cement, and more. 

Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India, said, “This year’s show brings together buyers, government, and industry to accelerate logistics modernisation.” Varun Sharma, Head of Sales, RX India, added, “IWS 2025 is off to a strong start, driving the logistics sector towards a more tech-enabled future.” 

The event continues over the next two days with extensive participation from global and Indian stakeholders.
