CleanMax Commissions 530 MW Renewable Capacity

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has commissioned 530 megawatt (MW) of renewable energy capacity in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, the company said, marking its highest quarterly addition. The firm reported that this record build increased its operational renewable energy portfolio from approximately three point six gigawatt (GW) as of March 2026 to four point two GW. The announcement highlighted the company’s strengthened execution capabilities in the commercial and industrial renewable segment.

The operational renewable energy power sales portfolio, which represents the majority of assets, reached approximately three point five GW after the quarter saw an addition of 403 MW. The company said the RE Power Sales addition comprised about three hundred and fifty MW peak solar and fifty three MW of wind capacity, including projects owned or co-owned with customer equity participation under long-term power purchase agreements and energy as a service arrangements. The services business added 126 MW of solar capacity delivered under engineering, procurement and construction and operations and maintenance contracts.

Regional delivery demonstrated scale with eleven project sites across five states. The largest contributions came from Gujarat with around 170 MW, Karnataka with around 160 MW and Maharashtra with around 110 MW, with further additions in Haryana and Chhattisgarh. These projects were described as tailored energy solutions for corporate customers across Asia and were presented as evidence of the company’s leadership in the C&I market.

Following the commissioning, the group’s operational portfolio comprises approximately three point five GW under the renewable power sales business and around zero point seven GW under the renewable services business. The company underlined that the combined assets enable large scale solutions for institutional customers and said it would continue to pursue execution at scale while maintaining contractual structures. The release noted that the quarter represented a milestone in capacity deployment for the organisation.
