G Square Buys 62 Acres for North Chennai Villa Plots

G Square Realtors Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate developer, has acquired 62.38 acres of land in North Chennai to develop 1,091 ready-to-construct villa plots. This significant residential expansion will span the key localities of Red Hills, Puzhal, and Karanodai.

With a total investment of Rs 2.3 billion, the new projects are strategically located with close proximity to major transit corridors, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. The development marks one of the most ambitious undertakings by the company in the northern part of the city.

Speaking on the announcement, Bala Ramajeyam, Managing Director of G Square Realtors, stated, “North Chennai is no longer underdeveloped or overlooked. Today, it is undergoing rapid transformation, with major upgrades in connectivity and social infrastructure.”

He added, “This region is set to become the next high-growth residential zone. Our new projects in this corridor provide unmatched accessibility, flawless legal documentation, and modern living spaces, making home ownership both practical and aspirational.”

Each project will include G Square’s signature features, such as blacktop roads, street lighting, and round-the-clock CCTV surveillance, ensuring secure and well-planned community infrastructure.
