Godrej Properties Tops Listed Residential Developers in 2025

Godrej Properties has emerged as India’s largest listed residential real estate developer in calendar year 2025 for the second consecutive year, based on booking value and cash collections.

During CY 2025, the company recorded a booking value of Rs 342 billion, marking a year-on-year growth of 19 per cent, and collections of Rs 190 billion, up 28 per cent from the previous year. Between CY 2022 and CY 2025, booking value grew at a CAGR of around 44 per cent, while collections rose at a CAGR of 35 per cent.

Sales during the year included 16,428 homes covering 27.26 million sq ft, supported by 41 project launches across key markets. Performance remained consistent across all four quarters, with quarterly booking value exceeding Rs 70 billion each time. Geographically, sales were well diversified, led by MMR, NCR, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad. Notably, 11 individual projects each achieved booking value of over Rs 10 billion.

In FY26 year-to-date, Godrej Properties has already recorded booking value of Rs 240 billion and collections of Rs 120 billion, reflecting continued growth momentum across markets and projects.
