TRU Realty launches TRU Meadows in Pune; eyes Mumbai market entry

TRU Realty, one of the fastest-growing tech-first real estate developers, has launched TRU Meadows, a premium gated residential project in Kondhwa, Pune. Backed by smart technology, curated global design elements, and a strong focus on customer-centric digital experiences, this launch marks TRU Realty’s latest step toward redefining urban living. The company is also gearing up to enter the Mumbai market in its next phase of growth.

Strategically located with connectivity to NIBM Road, Pune-Solapur Highway, Mumbai-Hyderabad Highway, and Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway, TRU Meadows spans four towers of 15 floors each and offers 360 residences. The project includes spacious 2 and 3 BHK homes with carpet areas of 809 sq. ft. and 1087 sq. ft., respectively, all equipped with smart home provisions and central air-conditioning.

Speaking on the launch, Sujay Kalele, Founder and Managing Director of TRU Realty, said, “At TRU Realty, we’re not just building homes—we’re building smarter, more connected lifestyles powered by technology. With TRU Meadows, we’re creating more than just a residential development—we’re creating a lifestyle destination.”

Inspired by Dubai’s urban aesthetics, the project features themed landscaping modelled on the Dubai Miracle Garden, a landmark reminiscent of the Dubai Frame, and installations evoking the Dubai Museum and Burj Khalifa. Amenities include a women-only fitness and swimming zone, modern clubhouse, and green spaces tailored to modern urban life.

Kondhwa’s growing appeal—due to its proximity to IT hubs and social infrastructure—positions TRU Meadows as an attractive offering for professionals, families, and investors. The project is being marketed through a 360-degree campaign in partnership with ANAROCK, targeting both domestic and NRI buyers. Early investors can benefit from limited inventory and competitive payment plans.
