Hettich Revamps Experience Centre In Kolkata

Hettich has opened a revamped Experience Centre in Kolkata, marking an expansion of its immersive customer touchpoints. The inauguration was led by Andre Eckholt, managing director for Hettich India, SAARC, Middle East and Africa, and Saroj Poddar, chairman of Adventz Group and Hettich India. The centre is intended to showcase the integration of form, function and innovation across interior solutions.

The Kolkata Experience Centre presents a comprehensive portfolio of Hettich interior solutions, including advanced German furniture fittings, architectural door hardware, furniture lighting and built in kitchen appliances. It has been designed to deliver a cohesive and interactive customer journey that supports design exploration and practical demonstrations. The initiative aligns with Hettich's 25-year presence in India and the company’s Built to Lead philosophy. The company said the centre offers a practical space where design ideas can be translated into real outcomes.

Hettich has also emphasised value added services such as free design support and doorstep consultations to assist homeowners, architects and designers with personalised guidance. These services are intended to provide expert solutions tailored to individual spaces and requirements across Kolkata. The company relocated the store to PS Marestro, 113 G, Matheswartala Road, Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal 700046 and provided a contact number for appointments.
