Hind Rectifiers Acquires BeLink Solutions to Establish European Robotics Hub

Hind Rectifiers has acquired the business and operating assets of BeLink Solutions for EUR 1 million creating a European hub for next-generation robotics power electronics and EMS. The acquisition strengthens Hirect’s production capabilities R&D and global expansion strategy.


Hind Rectifiers (Hirect) has acquired BeLink Solutions including its production and testing infrastructure plant and machinery intellectual property technology customer contracts and purchase orders for a total consideration of EUR 1 million.

As part of the transaction a total of EUR 2 million will be infused into the proposed subsidiary. Hirect will subscribe EUR 1 million as preference shares while the remaining EUR 1 million will be issued as equity shares — Hirect taking 66 per cent and the promoter group companies the remaining 34 per cent.

This acquisition positions Hirect to combine advanced European production capabilities with its expertise in power electronics enabling scalable delivery and fostering innovation in robotics mobility energy and industrial markets.
