Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) carried out the projects at an estimated cost of Rs 6.5 crore.

Gupta said that the community centre covers an area of two acres built at Rs 4.7 crore. It will have recreation facilities such as a library, badminton hall, gym, squash court, and a multipurpose hall.

Nearly Rs 1.75 crore will be incurred on laying the pipelines each of 5 km, and the project may be completed within six months. For a proper sewerage facility in the village, existing pipelines will be connected to the new sewerage pipeline of Sector 31.

On his commitment to road development, he said that a road is being constructed in Chowki village to ensure uniform development of the district. The road development will cost Rs 7.5 crore to provide convenience to 70-80 families.

He said that the state had given 10 acres of land to the central government to set up a software park in the city.

He further announces that the construction of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) building is about to complete, and the inauguration will be carried out soon. It will provide employment opportunities to people from the nearby areas and students across Haryana and the country to come and get an education.
