BNW Developments enters Dubai with Orvessa Residences

BNW Developments has entered Dubai’s real estate market with the launch of Orvessa Residences by Michel Adam Lisowski, marking its first project in the emirate.
Positioned in Al Furjan, between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the development reflects BNW’s expansion from Ras Al Khaimah into Dubai through a portfolio of branded residences. The project is designed to offer a balance of urban connectivity and community living, targeting both end-users and long-term investors.
Orvessa Residences comprises 92 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, integrating functional design with a lifestyle-led approach. The project draws on Michel Adam Lisowski’s design philosophy, inspired by the global brand FashionTV, focusing on spatial fluidity, harmony and experiential living.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, gym, co-working spaces, outdoor lounges, BBQ zones, steam and sauna facilities, and a children’s play area.
Commenting on the launch, Dr (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder, BNW Developments, said, “Orvessa Residences is a natural evolution of BNW’s ethos, where spatial fluidity is guided by intention… Every detail has been carefully considered to create enduring assets, with the end-user experience shaping every curve.”
Michel Adam added, “Architecture should make you feel something the moment you arrive… homes that are meant to be lived in, not just admired.”
The project marks BNW’s broader Dubai expansion strategy focused on premium partnerships and long-term value creation.

The Walled Garden

I am not suggesting Indian architects are inadequate. The profession has produced extraordinary work – from Charles Correa's quiet humanism to Balkrishna Doshi's Nobel-recognised genius. However, the regulatory barriers meant to protect the profession are holding it back. It is time for an honest conversation about this. The Architects Act of 1972 established the Council of Architecture (COA) as the statutory body regulating architecture practice in India. Its founding logic was sound: to ensure those calling themselves architects meet a minimum standard of competence and to protect the publi..
