Brigade Group Signs Rs 25-Bn Residential Project in Bengaluru

Bengaluru-based real estate major Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement for a luxury residential project in East Bengaluru, with a potential gross development value (GDV) of Rs 25 billion.

The project spans 10.75 acres with a saleable potential of 2.5 million sq ft, located strategically near key commercial hubs and social infrastructure.

In July, Brigade acquired a 20.19-acre prime land parcel in the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor for Rs 5.88 billion through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties.

“Bengaluru is our primary market, and this new development reflects our commitment to high-quality projects in premium micro-markets that combine connectivity, infrastructure and lifestyle appeal,” said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises. “We believe this project will attract a new generation of aspirational homebuyers and showcase our vision for sustainable, community-driven urban living.”

Brigade Group operates across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City, with a portfolio spanning residential, office, retail, hospitality and education.
