According to Knight Frank India, the gross floor area of LEED-certified buildings across seven cities has been recorded at 39,539,770 sq ft during the January to October 2022 period. NCR recorded a 9,854,680 sq ft gross floor area of LEED-certified buildings, the highest amongst the top seven Indian cities during the same period. Bengaluru recorded the second-highest gross floor area of LEED-certified buildings with 9,010,595 sq ft followed by Chennai with 5,595,722 sq ft.
