Tamil Nadu Chief Minister recently inaugurated a new Information Technology (IT) park in Vilankurichi, Coimbatore, marking a significant step in the state’s push to become a major tech hub in southern India. The IT park, developed by the Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (ELCOT), spans over several acres and aims to attract technology and software companies, creating employment opportunities and boosting local economic growth.

VECV Sales Rise 7.8 Per Cent In May 2026

VE Commercial Vehicles recorded sales of 7,978 units in May 2026, compared to 7,401 units in May 2025, registering growth of 7.8 per cent.
