TCS And Swissport Renew Five-Year AI Partnership

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Swissport International Limited (Swissport) have extended and expanded their decade-long partnership with a five-year renewal that will focus on digital innovation across Swissport's global aviation services. The agreement tasks TCS with modernising Swissport's technology landscape and scaling artificial intelligence enabled services, data platforms and hybrid cloud operations to help the company adapt to a fast-changing aviation environment and to strengthen operational resilience across mission-critical ground operations.

Over the past decade, TCS supported Swissport in building a scalable and secure digital backbone that integrated data, automation and user-centred design, producing measurable benefits in service stability, operational efficiency and time-to-market. The companies reported improvements in turnaround efficiency and increased operational visibility, which accelerated deployment of digital capabilities across regions. The renewed engagement will seek to further embed AI-led platforms and cloud modernisation to unlock sustained business value.
