The authority stated that evaluation will consider compliance, lifecycle costs and support arrangements to deliver a reliable passenger experience. The AFC contract for Phase Two is described as a key enabler to provide seamless connectivity and fare integration with the operational network. The authority also noted that adherence to cybersecurity, payment card industry standards and interoperability guidelines will be mandatory. The procurement notice and full tender documents are available on the authority portal.
